Patient Information
Everything you need before your visit.
Here's how we handle office hours, appointments, prescriptions, and billing. If you have a question we haven't answered, we're always happy to help — just give us a call.
Office Hours
When we're open
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
You're encouraged to call during office hours with any questions about your child's health. Many illnesses can be cared for at home — please be ready to discuss your child's symptoms, temperature, and any medications on hand when you call. If you have an emergency and can't wait for a return call, please say so.

Appointments
Scheduling a visit
Call (615) 833-6411 to schedule an appointment, or use our online appointment request form. If your child is sick, please call as early in the day as possible so we can see them promptly.
We do our best to see every patient at their scheduled time, and you can help by arriving promptly. If you can't keep an appointment, please call to cancel so another family can be seen.

Prescriptions
Refills & medications
Prescription and medication renewal requests should be made during office hours. Antibiotics will not be prescribed without seeing the patient.

Billing, Insurance & Payment
Coverage & payment
We participate in most major health insurance plans and TennCare plans. These plans are billed directly for all services, but you'll be asked to pay any co-payment or deductible at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can keep a copy on file.
If you're unsure of your coverage or the amount you'll be expected to pay, we suggest contacting your insurance carrier before your visit. If your bill presents an excessive financial hardship, please contact our office manager so we can arrange a fair payment schedule.
