FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What are your office hours?
We are open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday. You're encouraged to call during office hours with any questions about your child's health — many illnesses can be cared for at home.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call (615) 833-6411 to schedule, or use our online appointment request form. If your child is sick, please call as early in the day as possible so we can see them promptly. If you can't keep an appointment, kindly call to cancel so another family can be seen.
How do prescriptions and refills work?
Prescription and medication renewal requests should be made during office hours. Antibiotics will not be prescribed without seeing the patient.
What insurance do you accept?
We participate in most major health insurance plans and TennCare plans, and review our contracts periodically. Plans are billed directly, but you'll be asked to pay any co-payment or deductible at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can keep a copy on file.
What if I have trouble paying my bill?
If your bill presents an excessive financial hardship, please contact our office manager so we can arrange a fair payment schedule. If you're unsure of your coverage, we suggest contacting your insurance carrier before your visit.

Call (615) 833-6411 during office hours, or fax us at (615) 832-0432. You can also visit us at 626 Brentwood Dr E, Nashville, TN 37211.
